Product Introduction
SGR (W) -S series of stainless steel vertical horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as pump), is designed a new generation of single-stage centrifugal pump products. (A, B, C) cutting type and so on. Can replace the general use of conventional centrifugal pump. According to the different needs of customers can be customized PTFE seal, explosion-proof motor.

1.The pump structure is compact, small size, pleasing in appearance, its vertical structure installation covers small area, the center of gravity coincides with the pump center, thus enhancing the pump's operating stability and service life;
2.The same diameter and in the same center line, easy to install, without changing the pipeline, the same as the valve can be installed directly in any part of the pipeline. Motor plus rain cover can also be placed in outdoor use;
3.The pump coaxial, simplifying the intermediate structure, an increase of the smooth running, the impeller has an excellent balance between static and dynamic, running small vibration, low noise, extending the life of the bearing, improve the use of the environment;
4.The motor is made of high efficiency cast aluminum housing, imported high temperature-resistance bearing, stainless steel 316 welding rotor shaft, VITON "O"ring, FU type VITON mechanical seal, all the flow parts are made of stainless steel precision casting.
5.Easy maintenance. No need to dispatch the pipeline, just disassemble the connector , remove the motor and drive components set ,it can achieve the maintenance

Application
SGR (W) -S series stainless steel vertical and horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump can be used for conveying water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire booster, long-distance transmission, heating and cooling water circulation pressurization and equipment, energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper, hotel boiler hot water pressurized transmission, and urban heating system circulating pump. The use of medium temperature T≤120℃.
Conditions of Use
1. The application of medium: the solid content of insoluble volume of not more than 0.1% of the unit volume, particle size is not greater than 0.2mm. (Mediums such as with a small particle to be used to wear mechanical seal, please specify when ordering.
2.The ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, relative humidity of not more than 95%, altitude not more than 1000m.
3. Transmission medium PH value of 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13).
