Twelve reasons for motor burnout:

1, lack of phase (Y-connection) possible causes are power supply defects, contactors, fuses, terminals, power lines, etc.

2, lack of phase (triangle connection).

3, the possible cause of short circuit between phases is that the insulation layer is not isolated.

4, the possible cause of short circuit between turns is the insulation problem between enameled wires.

5, the local burning group at the edge of the ground conduction and black. Possible causes wear, vibration or transient high pressure.

6. The local burning group is directed to the ground at the notch.

7, the possible cause of local short circuit to the ground is that the insulation layer is not isolated or the voltage is unbalanced.

8. The possible cause of local short circuit is that there is a problem with the insulation between the enameled wires or a metal collision.

9, irregular burning possible causes of power supply, terminal, contactor, etc.

10, all black burn possible causes of overload, overpressure, underpressure.

11, all burned out, shaft lock may cause frequent start or bearing problems.

12. There are possible causes for local burning at the lead. High voltage, lightning and other shocks are instantaneous.
