Motor pump

1.Working principle:
(1)Electric pump:It consists of a pump body, a lifting pipe, a pump seat, a submersible motor (including cables), and a starting protection device. The pump body is the working component of a submersible pump, consisting of inlet pipe, guide housing, check valve, pump shaft, impeller and other parts. The impeller is installed inside the pump casing and is directly driven by the motor. Before starting, the pump casing is filled with liquid. After starting, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge and gains energy. Under the action of centrifugal force, it enters the volute pump casing, and the flow channel gradually expands and slows down. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipe at a higher pressure. As long as the impeller continues to rotate, the liquid will be continuously sucked in and discharged.
(2)Hydraulic motor pump:The process of converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy is based on the incompressibility of liquids. The working process includes: opening the oil inlet and sucking the oil into the suction chamber of the pump body; The rotation of the pump shaft compresses the oil sucked in by hydraulic pressure into the hydraulic cylinder; The inlet valve is closed, the outlet valve is opened, and the compressed liquid flows out from the outlet; The rotation of the pump shaft gradually increases the liquid pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder. When a certain pressure is reached, the hydraulic energy inside the hydraulic cylinder meets the requirements of mechanical energy.

2.Function:
(1)Electric pump: widely used in various mechanical equipment, such as excavators, cranes, presses, etc.
(2)Hydraulic motor pump: It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and is widely used in various mechanical equipment, such as excavators, cranes, presses, etc.

3. Application scope of motor pumps
(1) Chemical industry: used for transporting various chemical liquids and gases, such as acids, bases, solvents, etc.
(2) Food and beverage industry: used for transporting various food and beverage raw materials, such as juice, milk, etc.
(3) Environmental protection industry: used for transporting water bodies containing pollutants, such as municipal sewage, wastewater, etc.
(4) Agricultural irrigation: a miniature watering and irrigation system that can be used for one’s own vegetable garden.
(5) Construction Machinery: High speed pumps and electric motor pumps have been used in various models of excavators, loaders, high-altitude work platforms, and other construction machinery, greatly improving equipment operation capabilities.
(6) Cleaning machine: A motor pump is designed for cleaning machines and can be used in different application scenarios.

Electric motor pumps have applications in multiple industries and fields, with wide applicability and reliability. It should be noted that the maintenance of motor pumps is quite complex and requires careful handling of every issue.
