3.Regular maintenance:Regularly clean the inlet and outlet air ducts, inspect components such as bearings, motors, fans, etc., and reduce vibration and noise. Regularly replace the lubricating grease, check and adjust the clearance and coaxiality of the coupling, as well as the tightness of the V-belt.
4.Fault inspection and handling:For problems such as severe vibration of the fan, high bearing temperature, and excessive current, the foundation stiffness, component connections, lubrication, impeller balance, etc. should be checked, and corresponding measures should be taken in a timely manner.
5.Other precautions:Operators should wear personal protective equipment, regularly inspect electrical equipment and power lines, and are not allowed to carry out maintenance and upkeep work while live. Enterprises should establish management systems and operating procedures, clarify responsibilities and authorities.
