How to distinguish the rotation direction and angle of the fan

Fan’s rotation direction determination:
When facing the inlet of the centrifugal fan, the fan impeller rotates clockwise, which is left rotation; If it rotates counterclockwise, it means that the centrifugal fan is rotating to the right.
When standing at the “tail” position of the centrifugal fan motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is a right rotation; If it rotates counterclockwise, it is a left rotation.

Angle judgment of fan:
Judging from the position of the motor’s tail. The air outlet is at 0 ° to the ground, 90 ° vertically upwards, and 180 ° parallel to the ground. Other angles can be adjusted according to the increase or decrease.
The angle of the fan is determined based on the position of the fan outlet, generally including seven angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, 225 °, and 270 °. Special angles can also be developed according to on-site use, and the probability of using such special angles is very low.

The rotation direction of the centrifugal fan is also determined based on the user’s working conditions and environment. Only when installed correctly, can a centrifugal fan convert the input mechanical energy, increase the gas pressure, and discharge the gas, thereby accelerating the flow speed of the fan airflow, improving the efficiency of the fan, reducing time delay costs, and increasing user benefits.
